India is talking to Saudi Aramco and Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (Adnoc) to invest in a major refinery and petrochemical projects in the western part of the country, ar report said

Minister of Petroleum and Natural Gas Dharmendra Pradhan was quoted by Money Control as saying: "We are talking to Aramco for a mega refinery project."

India plans to set up a 60 million tonnes per annum (mtpa) coastal refinery in Maharashtra, the report said.
