Explosion rocks Milan; sets several vehicles on fire

Several vehicles are in flames in the centre of Milan in northern Italy after an explosion, the SkyTG24 news channel reported on Thursday.
Its broadcast footage from the Milan's Porta Romana neighborhood, showing high plumes of black smoke rising between buildings, and firefighters on the scene.
Italian media reports stated that the explosion happened after a van carrying oxygen cylinders caught fire.
Meanwhile Euro News reported that four people were injured in the blast, and a local kindergarten was evacuated as a precaution.
A van had reportedly caught fire before the explosion, reported Metro, citing local police.
Terrifying footage taken a matter of yards from the incident in the city centre showed multiple cars on fire and stunned bystanders watching on, it added.
