Al Hammadi … new role.

UAE names Ministry of Environment undersecretary

ABU DHABI, July 9, 2015

Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE and Ruler of Abu Dhabi, has issued a Federal Decree appointing Abdelrahim Mohammed Abdullah Al Hammadi as an undersecretary for the Ministry of Environment and Water.

The first article of Degree Number (76) for 2015 orders the promotion of H.E. Al Hammadi to the rank of Undersecretary for the Ministry of Environment and Water, while the second article stipulates that the Minister should implement the decree and publish it in the official newspaper.

A graduate of the University of Hull in Kingston, UK with a Master’s Degree in Science in Business Management, Al Hammadi began his career in 1993.

He has held several positions in his long professional journey, the most recent of which were as the Undersecretary of the UAE Ministry of Environment and Water’s Environmental Affairs and Assistant Undersecretary for the Ministry’s Support Services Sector.

Al Hammadi is a Board Member of both the Federal Customs Authority (FCA) and the International Center for Biosaline Agriculture (ICBA). – TradeArabia News Service
