Teleos chief to speak at ME HR Conference

Etisalat Academy has confirmed that Annie McKee, founder and managing director of Teleos Leadership Institute, will be among the main speakers participating in the 8th Middle East Human Resources (HR) Conference and Expo.
The event will be held under the patronage of UAE Minister of Economy Sultan Al Mansouri at the Jumeirah Emirates Towers in Dubai on February 25 and 26, 2009.
Besides her responsibilities as an executive coach, author and faculty member at the University of Pennsylvania, McKee advises executives at some of the largest corporations in the world.
She was named by Business Week as ‘the high priestess of executive coaching’ and as one of the ‘100 Best Leaders of 2005’. During the 8th HR conference, McKee will deliver her presentation on ‘Becoming a Resonant Leader’ and ‘Inspiring Leaders through Turbulence’.
According to McKee, resonance is the ability to move people; create deep emotional connection that is characterized by hope, a shared belief in a compelling vision and a sense that a team can together achieve anything.
The HR conference will also bring together the world’s top thinkers in Human Resource Management to discuss the latest concepts and practices from across the globe.
