The Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) and the Economic Development Board (EDB) is planning to send a Bahraini trade delegation to the US this year to explore potential opportunities for joint ventures and bolster business ties.

The BCCI and the EDB stressed the importance of following up the results of a Bahraini delegation to the US last year.

They noted the success of the visit during which a number of activities were organised, to boost Bahrain-US trade ties.

The BCCI also called for more co-operation between Bahrain and the US trade and investment sectors through encouraging joint ventures. – TradeArabia News Service
