Leading provider of integrated facilities management Imdaad’s chief executive officer has been ranked number one in the fmME’s Power list of top 50 FM professionals.

Jamal Abdullah Lootah was recognised for his dynamic leadership and straightforward business acumen, said a statement.

The annual list was compiled based on the influence the Middle East’s senior FM professionals holds in the industry, it said.

Since becoming the CEO of Imdaad, Lootah has led the company to greater success and growth with a key focus on sustainability and green practices in FM services.

He was also awarded the 2014 fmME Lifetime Achievement Award in recognition of his contribution to the Middle East’s FM industry.
