Seafood Market to celebrate 24 years of success

DUBAI, January 11, 2017

Seafood Market, one of the 18 distinct dining establishments at Le Méridien Dubai Hotel & Conference Centre, will celebrate its 24th anniversary on January 24.

The popular restaurant is home to fresh seafood prepared in authentic Far Eastern cuisine and a market style concept not commonly seen in Dubai.

Seafood Market has been a seafood institution in Dubai since its opening in 1993. Chef Nim Fat Kwai, who hails from Hong Kong, provides guests with an exceptional journey of the senses. Offerings include seafood entrees accompanied by flavourful, exciting sauces from the Far East and a stunning selection of soups, noodle dishes and other palatable fare.

Seafood Market is known for fresh vegetables, tropical fruits, fresh fish and shellfish. Along with local hammour, Seafood Market’s 18 seawater tanks are home to the likes of king, snow and mud crabs and lobsters from Australia, New Zealand, Canada and Oman.

The elegant, award-winning restaurant features indoor and outdoor dining areas including a spacious bar and an outdoor terrace perfect for charcoal barbecue meals.

In celebration of 24 years of success, Seafood Market aims to show gratitude to new and longtime patrons alike via a unique offer. Guests will enjoy a discount of 24 per cent off lunch and dinner from January 24 through the end of the month.

“It’s been 24 years and we’re still one of the most highly-favoured restaurants in Dubai. It’s no small feat to reach and it’s our pleasure to celebrate the occasion by doing something for our incredible guests,” explained Chef Kwai.

"Twenty-four years of success is a great achievement in today's times and we look forward to many more successful years of serving, delighting and welcoming in our guests," said Brendan McCormack, director of operations.

All guests will enjoy an evening of cocktails and canapés on January 24 in celebration of the anniversary. Guests will be entertained by a live jazz band from 7 pm to 8 pm and have the opportunity to win raffle prizes. - TradeArabia News Service
