The fourth edition of Dubai Fashion Fiesta 2010, an official event and a highlight of Dubai Summer Surprises (DSS) 2010, will open on July 22.

The event will run until July 24 with a display of collections by established and emerging designers and fashion labels at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre.

It will see 30 models take the ramp and unveil the latest fashion trends by Amato Couture, Panache Women and Archana Kochhar, among others, including designers from Nigeria Fashion Week.

“Dubai Fashion Fiesta is not just a fashion event but an exclusive gathering that attracts renowned designers, buyers, and fashion enthusiasts from across the Middle East,” said Dubai Events and Promotions Establishment (Depe), organisers of DSS, in a statement.

“By including high-profile fashion events such as Dubai Fashion Fiesta in the DSS itinerary, we are contributing to the overall aim of promoting Dubai as a global fashion capital.”

Offering contemporary and classical designs, the designers are set to enthrall the style aficionados with elegant, exclusive ensembles, a statement said.

The event seeks to be one of the region’s most exclusive trade shows in the women’s market, bringing together leading retailers, high profile audiences and international media.

Launched to bring together designers, buyers, and fashion enthusiasts, Dubai Fashion Fiesta or DFF is slated to attract wide media attention due to the inclusion of high profile participants.
