A10 Networks, a leader in application networking, has appointed Glen Ogden as its regional sales director for the Middle East.

Ogden comes with over 15 years combined experience in application delivery and network security from top companies, said a statement.

The company has also announced significant investment in the region including new sales, presales and support staff, offices and partnerships.

Nidal Taha continues in his role as strategic consultant, having contributed directly to the regional operation with appointment of key channels and strategic account wins.
 
The accounts include strategic partnerships with Scope Middle East, Dar Beta-IT, Kuwaiti Digital Computer Company and See Systems Engineering (Egypt).

“The Middle East is growing incredibly fast for us as Internet usage, video on demand and big data projects start to take off,” said Taha

“Our commitment to the region includes working closely with customers and growing our channel community as well as educational activities,” he added.

The company’s offering include A10 Thunder and AX Series Application Delivery Controllers (ADCs), a compact platform with the ability to scale for the requirements of the largest cloud, enterprise and service provider applications.
