The Gulf Petrochemicals and Chemicals Association (GPCA) has announced the full speaker line-up for the upcoming GPCA Supply Chain Conference in Dubai.

The fifth annual summit will take place from May 13 to 15 at the InterContinental Hotel Dubai Festival City.

This year’s edition of the GPCA Supply Chain Conference will provide a platform to facilitate discussion on key industry trends and growth opportunities, while creating value through optimising supply chain processes.

“With the theme of Creating Value and Enabling Growth through Supply Chain, will offer delegates the opportunity to explore which supply chain strategies will make their operations more efficient, and how adopting – and adapting – best practices will increase their company’s value. Additionally, delegates will learn about key industry trends and growth opportunities,” said Dr Abdulwahab Al-Sadoun, secretary general, GPCA.

“We are pleased to welcome some of the region’s top industry experts to this year’s GPCA Supply Chain Conference, who will share key insights into the future of the supply chain networks across the region, and how petrochemical and chemical sector can best develop utilise these changes to add greater value,” he added.

Additionally, this year there is an in-depth look at how, due to rapid economic growth, supply chains are moving eastward to Asian markets, and how supply chain managers across the Gulf region can best adapt to this shift.

This year’s conference agenda also includes an in-depth analysis of supply chain management in practice from both within and outside the petrochemical industry, looking at case studies from around the region and across the globe. – TradeArabia News Service
