As part of the first phase, the centre has installed new flooring, carpets and curtains in the main hall (Philadelphia) and the entrance area in addition to the full installation of the audio and visual systems, translation services and security measures.

Naif Zureikat, general manager said: “Customer service comes at the heart of Hilton’s core values and we believe that the changes we have done will have a direct positive effect on our guests’ overall experience.”

The KHBTCC sits over 24,000 sq m and its 25 halls are fully equipped with state of the art facilities placing the centre as the leader in the Mice business on the local, regional and international fronts.

“It has always been known for its superior service and attention to details and this renovation project only reflects one aspect of our promise to deliver the best to our customers,”  Zuraikat stated.
