SLS Dubai, a 75-storey hotel located in the Downtown district of Dubai, has announced the appointment of Chef Denis Pierre Toucheron, who will be taking the reins as SLS Dubai’s new Executive Pastry Chef.
Chef Toucheron's appointment comes as part of SLS Dubai's ongoing commitment to delivering not only exceptional services, but also unique experiences to their guests.
Chef Denis Toucheron’s passion for pastry led him to pursue an education in the culinary arts in France where he also began working to launch his career. The distinguished pastry chef has over a decade of international experience in the hospitality industry, having worked in various acclaimed kitchens across the world, some of them including Al Qasr Al Jameel Hotel in Saudi Arabia, The Oberoi Beach Resort in Mauritius, The W Hotel in Qatar and many more voyages in countries such as France, Bahrain, and now, the UAE.
At SLS Dubai, Chef Toucheron will be leading the pastry team and continuing to develop new pastries for the hotel, he will also work closely with the culinary team to ensure that all dishes meet the high standard that SLS Dubai offers within Dubai’s unique culinary scene. – TradeArabia News Service
