Dubai Investments opens new four-star hotel in Mirdif

Dubai Investments has partnered with Millennium Hotels & Resorts Middle East & Africa to open the first lifestyle hotel in Mirdif – The Millennium Place.
Located within the company’s Mirdif Hills project, the four-star property was developed by its subsidiary Dubai Investments Real Estate (DIR).
The hotel boasts 248 keys comprising 116 rooms and suites and 132 serviced apartments along with a variety of dining options including Hunter & Barrel from Australia, Batchig “The Lebanese-Armenian Restaurant”, Habanos Cigar Lounge & Bar, The Urban Bar, all-day dining restaurant B Social, and the rooftop pool bar.
The lifestyle centric establishment also features a gym, spa and multi-purpose meeting space, which makes the Millennium Place Mirdif an excellent choice for corporate team building escapes from the city within the city, it stated.
DIR General Manager Obaid Mohammed Al Salami said: "As we are developing this new community of Mirdif Hills, we are aiming to showcase Mirdif's expansive and green nature, providing a lasting impression as an ideal area for living."
"This requires a hospitality partner that shares our vision and mission, hence we partnered with Millennium Hotels & Resorts Middle East & Africa, a regional hospitality leader that understands the needs of our targeted audience and a partner we trust in exceeding our expectations," he stated.
Millennium Place Mirdif Hotel General Manager Bassam Bou Sleiman said: "We feel very privileged to be a part of the exciting Mirdif Hills project, a fantastic lifestyle destination that fits with the ethos of our hotel."
"As part of the ongoing development of projects in Dubai as we gear up for Dubai Expo 2020, we feel that we are part of the process and our hotel will be ready to welcome all the visitors who want to experience the splendour that Dubai will no doubt be showering its guests with next October," he added.
"What sets our hotel apart is its location in Mirdif Hills project overlooking the gorgeous Mushrif Park making our hotel a must visit for nature lovers who enjoy a bicycle ride in the arms of nature," stated Bou Sleiman.
"Another feature is our unique food, beverage and entertainment offerings that cater to the residents of the Mirdif Hills project and the bigger Mirdif and Khawaneej areas," he added.-TradeArabia News Service
