India's SpiceJet to launch New Delhi - RAK flights

Ras Al Khaimah International Airport (RKT) has announced the launch of new SpiceJet service from New Delhi to Ras Al Khaimah effective December 2019. 
 
The announcement was made at the press event in the presence of Sheikh Khalid Bin Saud Al Qasimi, vice chairman, Investment and Development Office, Government of Ras Al Khaimah; Eng Sheikh Salem Bin Sultan Al Qasimi, chairman of the Department of Civil Aviation Ras Al Khaimah; Board members of Ras Al Khaimah International Airport; Sanjay Khanna, chief executive officer, Ras Al Khaimah International Airport; Ajay Singh, chairman and managing director, SpiceJet; Manjiv Singh, chief project officer, SpiceJet; Henry Moses, vice president, sales and network planning, SpiceJet, during an official signing ceremony held at the Waldorf Astoria in Ras Al Khaimah.
 
SpiceJet, India’s second biggest airline, will operate regular direct flights between Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi and Ras Al Khaimah International Airport, Ras Al Khaimah. The route will be operated five times a week, targeted to gradually increase the frequency.
