Khabbaz 'first Arab female member of Les Clefs d'Or'

Nadine Khabbaz, chief concierge at Caesars Resort Bluewaters Dubai, has become the first Arab female member of the prestigious Les Clefs d'Or in the UAE.

Having received the accolade during her stint at the Four Seasons in Amman, her 'golden keys' were finally transferred over last week.

Khabbaz started her career as a concierge in 2010 with Four Seasons Hotel Amman, where she was then promoted to concierge supervisor.

In 2015, she was promoted to guest experience manager in charge of both reception and concierge, and later received her golden Keys from Les Clefs d'Or to be the first and only female holder in Jordan.

After that, she moved to Fairmont Amman to be part of the pre-opening team and earned the title of chief concierge.

After the successful opening of Fairmont Amman in 2018, she joined Intercontinental Fujairah as chief concierge/guest experience manager, before moving to Dubai to join Caesars Bluewaters Dubai.
