Raffles Dubai welcomes new director of revenue

Raffles Dubai, a landmark luxury hotel in the UAE emirate, has appointed Hady Ibrahim as its new director of revenue.

Ibrahim brings 12 years of extensive expertise to this role and is responsible for driving integrated strategies to expand sales, market share and RevPAR growth as well as lead the Revenue and Reservations teams.

Ibrahim joins Raffles Dubai from the Kempinski group, where he held several roles starting from assistant reservations manager at the Kempinski Mall of the Emirates in Dubai, then Revenue and Reservations manager for three Kempinski properties in Egypt achieving commendable success during and after the political revolution. He also led the revenue strategy for the Kempinski Grand and Ixir Hotel in Bahrain cluster, which became established as the number one city hotel shortly after opening. Finally, in his most recent role as the director of revenue management at Kempinski Hotel & Residences Palm Jumeirah, Ibrahim was in charge of driving occupancy, average rate and revenue since the pre-opening. Throughout his impressive career, he also assisted in numerous task force assignments in Saudi Arabia and Jordan.
