Aloft Palm Jumeirah names new GM

Aloft Palm Jumeirah has appointed Neleem Arif as the new general manager of the stylish four-star property.

Arif will be joining the hotel with over 15 years of experience in hospitality leadership, which includes managing and motivating property teams to ensure they achieve high performance results.

In his new role, Arif will oversee the offerings of the hotel, ensuring that all are seamlessly provided, over and above supervising operations of all departments and the Aloft Palm Jumeirah team.

Arif brings years of expertise from Marriott International, having worked across esteemed Marriott properties in the UK and UAE, including Leicester Marriott Hotel, JW Marriot, Marriott Al Forsan and Courtyard by Marriott.

Adaptable and multifaceted, the hospitality professional began his career in 2003 when he worked as a management graduate at the famed JW Marriott Hotel, Dubai for three years. He was then promoted as restaurant and bar manager, a role which he excelled in for two years.

After amassing years of experience in the UAE, Arif then moved briefly to the UK.
