Coral Beirut Al Hamra targets Jordan for new business

Coral Beirut Al Hamra Hotel, a luxury hotel in the Lebanese capital, is targeting Jordanian markets for new business.

The sales team from Coral Beirut Al Hamra Hotel will be on a 3-day sales trip to Jordan next week to promote the hotel to both the travel trade sector as well as corporate clients in a bid to increase its share of business from the country.

Jordan is among the top three regional markets for Lebanon, accounting for 5.4 per cent of the total 900,000 visitors during the first eight months of 2014 with numbers on the rise, according to Hartmut Grauel, Coral Beirut Al Hamra's general manager.

"While overall visitor numbers have stabilised recently, the hospitality sector in Beirut and Lebanon in general has suffered in the past few years, and our new strategy is to build stronger relationships in key markets to achieve and improve our sales targets. With a prime location, superb facilities, value rates and fabulous standards of service, the Coral Beirut Al Hamra is the perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers and our aim is to capitalise on our strengths," Hartmut said. – TradeArabia News Service
