Arnie Swim, a homegrown swimwear label that was created in Dubai by founder Ruby Rose Korver, has launched a stunning inaugural collection that embodies acceptance, fearlessness, and vibrancy. 

 

Korver, the creative force behind Arnie Swim, hails from the Gold Coast, Australia, where the beach is a way of life. She brings her passion project to life in an ode to her late father- Arnie.

 

Arnie Swim has always been a dream, imagined on the golden Australian beaches and coming to fruition in the Middle East where the beach days never have to end. With recent events causing many of us to stop, take stock and reflect, Ruby Rose decided now was the time to be brave and bring her dream to life, with her father running through every fiber of Arnie Swim. Inspired by the landscape of the UAE and the women of the globe, a collection was born that fuses heart, soul, sand, and sea, said a statement. 

 

Ruby Rose reflects: “Growing up on the Gold Coast, I was born with an inherent love of the ocean and its ability to ground me within an instant of being in its presence. This sentiment has stayed with me while my journey has taken me to Dubai. I followed my heart and made the move to the UAE four years ago- a country that has undoubtedly shaped the Arnie Swim concept and given me the opportunity to share it with the world. The memory of my darling father runs through the veins of this brand, he was my biggest supporter with an incredible zest for life. The launch collection features pieces that are each named after a family member and are entirely handcrafted in the UAE, consisting of a luxurious array of bikinis and one pieces, in five stunning earthy tones, as well as the ‘Luxe Linen’ range which is made entirely of 100% Linen and comes in two styles and colour-ways. 

 

The seamless swimwear pieces have been thoughtfully created to flatter and compliment all body shapes, ranging from sizes XS to L. Each piece is incredibly versatile. The one pieces can also be worn as body suits and the tops and bottoms can be mixed and matched, given that the hues meld mellifluously.
