Hadley Group to showcase innovative products at Big 5

UK-based Hadley Group, a leading producer of cold rolled steel sections and allied products, will be bringing its expertise in custom rollforming and structural/non-structural products at The Big 5, the Middle East’s largest construction event, which kicks off on November 25.

Visitors to Hadley Group’s stand at the Dubai World Trade Centre will be able to learn more about the company’s cold rollforming process, which combines its engineering capabilities and technological expertise.

This enables the production of custom rolled solutions, which offer significant weight savings and increased strength.

The manufacturers’ technical, structural and design abilities, coupled with its unsurpassed expertise in cold rollforming, has resulted in the development of an extensive range of market leading solutions for the construction industry, said the statement from Hadley Group.

From steel profiles and steel framing to innovative purlins, ceiling systems, drylining, solar panels and internal framing profiles, the Hadley Group team will be able to advise visitors on its spanning portfolio of structural and non-structural products, it stated.

On display will be the company’s UltraZed purlins, an advanced profile system which has been engineered to deliver outstanding load bearing capacity, maximum ease of use and impressive levels of sustainability.

In addition, samples of its high quality, light gauge galvanised steel framing profiles will be on stand SS2, C80; a lighter and easier alternative to timber and concrete primary frames, which is suitable for use in a wide range of applications across the industry, said the statement from the UK industrial group.

An array of its non-structural products will also be showcased at the Big 5, including UltraGrid; an exposed ceiling grid system with high load carrying capacity, manufactured using the company’s patented UltraSteel technology.

A range of high-performance internal framing profiles for stud and track partitioning and ceiling furring applications, and its comprehensive range of cold rollformed cable management products will also be available to view.

Looking forward to The Big 5, Rob Marsh, Regional Sales Manager (GCC), said: "With over 50 years’ experience providing products to the construction industry, the needs of the sector remain at the heart of what we do. We are delighted to be exhibiting at The Big 5 this year and we are looking forward to meeting visitors and to inform them on what we can offer, as well as the support we can provide."

"With a specialist in-house technical department, we can work with customers to develop custom-made products, prototype them in short runs for rapid testing and refinements, before manufacturing in volume," stated Marsh.

"We are experts in solving complex challenges and by working together with our customers, we want them to see our team within the Technical Centre of Excellence as an extension of their own technical team," he added.-TradeArabia News Service
