Zayed Water donates 100pc profits to UAE Red Crescent

UAE-based Zayed Water, a socially responsible, ethical water brand, will present its first donation to Emirates Red Crescent, comprising 100 per cent of its profits, to fund building of up to 10 water wells in seven countries.

Zayed Water is named in honour of HH Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan.

This first donation will go towards building 10 water wells in India, Kyrgyzstan, Niger, Sierra Leone, Pakistan, Tajikistan and Togo, said a statement.

During the same event, Zayed Water will host a panel of companies that have supported them in this journey. The panel will include, Emirates Red Crescent, Emirates Islamic Authority, Posta Plus, UAE Youth Ambassadors, Al Alhasn Foundation and major influencers who have supported the initiative.

A few consular generals from the consulates of the below countries are also set to attend: India, Kyrgyzstan, Niger, Sierra Leone, Pakistan, Tajikistan and Togo, it stated. – TradeArabia News Service
