Fischer opens region's first showroom in Abu Dhabi

Fischer, a major global player involved in the designing, engineering and building of innovative fixing solutions, has announced the opening of its first customer experience centre in the region at Abu Dhabi.

The new outlet, located at Street 8, Mussafah Industrial (M-6) near Al Ahalia Exchange in the UAE capital, was inaugurated by Florian Birkenmayer, the head of the board of directors fixing systems division and managing director development and product management, Michael Geiszbühl, managing director sales and marketing; and Jayanta Mukherjee, managing director Middle East and Africa.

The launch attracted many major contractors, consultants, media houses and well-wishers from across UAE.

The showroom is a key milestone and part of a major strategic expansion plan of fischer MEA considering the current market trends.

By re-emphasizing the brand’s commitment to provide its customer’s service excellence, fischer MEA has brought everything under one roof through the new store, said Birkenmayer.

"The new customer centre will serve as a one-stop showroom where customers can experience fischer’s complete product range first hand and also receive assistance from our technically sound personnel who can provide them expert advice in choosing the right products for their application," he noted.

The showroom will also accommodate over-the-counter sales and in case of high-volume orders, it is equipped to arrange direct delivery to the customer’s door-step from fischer’s central warehouse the following day, he added.

For over 70 years, the Germany-based fischer has garnered a widespread reputation for its core values of innovation, accountability and reliability.

With double-digit growth year after year, a workforce of 5,200+ worldwide, 47 subsidiaries in 35 countries, 10 production units across seven countries and with over 1500 Intellectual Property Rights, fischer as a group strives to be a pioneer in the fixing industry.-TradeArabia News Service
