Saudi Arabia, New Zealand hold trade talks

The Saudi-New Zealand Joint Committee recently concluded meetings in Auckland discussing efforts to enhance trade relations, said a report.

Saudi Minister of Environment, Water and Agriculture Abdulrahman Al Fadhly and the Minister for Trade and Export Growth of New Zealand David Parker attended the meetings, reported the UAE news agency Wam.

Al Fadhly said that trade between the two countries has witnessed remarkable development over the past years, rising from SR675 million ($179.98 million) to about SR3 billion ($799.9 million), in 2016, stressing the importance of the committee's role, in pushing cooperation to a higher level, added the report.
