Russian law firm Gorodissky & Partners opens office in Dubai

International law firm Gorodissky & Partners‎, a specialist in intellectual property (IP) and information technologies, media and telecommunications (TMT), has officially opened its new office in Dubai as part of its global expansion plans.
 
According to the group, UAE jurisdiction has established itself as an attractive place to do business. 
 
The region is famous for its free trade zones, innovative companies and technoparks, venture capital funds, and financial institutions. They all require qualified legal support in IP and TMT. 
 
The Dubai office, which will be headed by Sergey Medvedev, is set to offer a vast range of legal services, including: IP and TMT strategies;  Structuring of IP and TMT transactions; Asset holding; Franchising, licensingand distribution as well as Enforcement of exclusive rights and Corporate and commercial business support services.
