AlMabarrah AlKhalifia launches new platform to boost Bahraini talents

As part of strengthening its community partnership and in line with empowering young people and developing their skills, Bahrain’s AlMabarrah AlKhalifia Foundation has launched the Jaser platform.

The platform is set to be the first innovative national e-platform that showcases promising Bahraini talents, which also contributes to advancing the national economy.

As the first initiative of its kind in the kingdom to support and showcase Bahraini talents, the platform connects freelancers with clients under one virtual roof. The platform aims to facilitate the communication between both parties entering in a joint project at any time and from anywhere.

Self-employment economy
Jaser platform is considered an effective factor that contributes to introducing the self-employment economy in Bahrain, as it creates a self-employed ecosystem, thus encouraging Bahrainis to acquire new talents and enhance the level of self-reliance to enter the field of independent work in support of the kingdom’s economic aspirations and goals.

The platform also provides secure financial transactions, in addition to a feature that allows users to check the quality of the services provided and dispute center is also available to settle disputes between freelancers and clients.

The idea of the platform emerged from the reality of the local community and its demanding needs, in addition to the existence of a promising environment for the growth of the self-employed economy.

Gateway
In addition, the integrated platform comes as a gateway to self-employment in the kingdom to support qualified service providers and encourage them to start their independent work by providing them with a virtual platform where they can showcase their services.

Individuals and small and mid-size enterprises, which are considered the backbone of the Bahraini economy, can also benefit from Jaser platform.

“We believe that the future of the nation depends on its promising local competencies, which is why we launched the ‘Jaser’ platform, an extension of our institutional vision directed towards empowering Bahraini youth to achieve academic and professional excellence, by creating an integrated environment for the practice of independent work.

“We are confident that ‘Jaser’ will contribute to providing users, distinguished freelancers, with a high degree of flexibility and independence, in addition to providing them with flexible virtual job opportunities,” commented Shaikha Zain bint Khalid Al Khalifa, Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of AlMabarrah AlKhalifia Foundation and Founder of the Board of Directors of MKF E-Services.-- TradeArabia News Service
