National initiative to train 1,000 Bahrainis

The first Arabic remote training platform, Tadreeb Hub launched a nationwide programme aiming at qualifying and developing the capacities of 1,000 Bahrainis in quality sectors required by the labour market in Bahrain and the region.

This new initiative will empower Bahrainis in seizing opportunities, particularly in the field of remote work and starting their enterprises that contribute to earning a rewarding income and have the potential to develop, allowing them to hire other Bahrainis.

Khalil Alqaheri, the platform's CEO and a Bahraini entrepreneur revealed that the training disciplines include programming, e-marketing, graphic design, audio performance, video editing, and other professions that are in high demand and can be conducted remotely.

"Through this initiative, we will create a job market for Bahraini cadres whose frontiers stretch beyond Bahrain into the region and even the world. We will deliver quality courses to Bahraini learners remotely via our local and regional teachers, taking advantage of the flexibility of online training. At Tadreeb Hub, we care about delivering skills, not credentials, at reasonable costs, since we believe in the value of offering chances for personal, cognitive, and professional growth," Alqaheri said.

Alqaheri noted that by affirming that the platform would begin accepting training requests this week, and the program will begin soon after.

He said that the Tadreeb Hub team would interact with Bahraini national firms to gain their sponsorship and support for the initiative to train and integrate a thousand Bahrainis into the labour market, based on these companies’ social responsibility. – TradeArabia News Service
