Sharjah's Al Dhaid development projects set for 2021 completion

Work is currently under way on several development projects in the Central Region of Sharjah including the Dhaid Market, being built at an investment of Dh100-million ($27.2 million) in an area located between Al Jameh Square and Al Bardi Square.
 
The Central Region has distinguished development projects in various sectors, with housing being the top priority in Al Dhaid, stated HH Dr Sheikh Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, after inspecting the ongoing development work.
 
The Al Dhaid city has a privileged location, as three main roads pass through it, including Khorfakkan Road, Al Dhaid Road and Dibba Al Hisn Road, which will soon be renovated, he noted.
 
Dr Sheikh Sultan pointed out that plans have been developed taking into account the needs of the people of the Central Region, which will soon see the finest residential complexes, similar to the ones in cities and regions throughout the northern emirate.
 
On its other ambitious project in Al Dhaid, the Sharjah Safari being set up at an investment of Dh1 billion ($272 million) within the Al Bardi Reserve in the city, the Sharjah ruler said once completed it will provide 300 jobs for people in the region.
 
He also reviewed the plans of the project, which include housing units in various shapes and size.-TradeArabia News Service
