NBB announces handover of key Bahrain residential project

National Bank of Bahrain (NBB) has announced the handover of a key residential unit at Deerat Al Oyoun project within Diyar Al Muharraq, one of the largest integrated cities in the kingdom. 
 
This comes as part of NBB’s Mazaya Finance programme which is being carried out in partnership with Ministry of Housing and Eskan Bank. 
 
The property was handed over during a ceremony in the presence of senior officials from the NBB and Eskan Bank.
 
The customer who received his villa expressed his satisfaction with the smooth process and urged others to benefit from Al Mazaya Finance offer from NBB, mentioning that those who wish to avail a property in ‘Deerat Al Oyoun’ project and purchase their dream home will have a smooth experience, approvals within one working day and completion of procedures with the various stakeholders in record time.

"As the first of its kind offer in Bahrain, the bank will not require a down payment and customers will be able to benefit from NBB covering the property registration fees of 1.7% of the property value, as well as low interest rates and competitive pricing on their loan, as well as being provided with a repayment period of up to 25 years for the total value of the property," remarked Raees.
 
"Customers will also be exempted from any loan processing and administrative fees, and as a gesture of goodwill, each new homeowner will receive an additional amount of BD500 as a gift voucher from Sharaf DG to ease their move into their new home," he added.-TradeArabia News Service
