L&T unit wins large EPCI project from Aramco

A consortium of L&T Hydrocarbon Engineering (LTHE) and EMAS AMC  (a Subsea7 company) has been awarded a large engineering, procurement, construction and installation (EPCI)  project consisting of 28 offshore jackets by Saudi Aramco. 
 
The offshore jackets are in Zuluf, Marjan, Sfaniya and Ribyan offshore fields of Saudi Arabia. 
 
It demonstrates Saudi Aramco’s trust on LTHE’s capability to deliver to a challenging schedule with excellent safety and quality performance, said a LTHE statement. 
 
LTHE’s fabrication facilities in Middle East and India are fully equipped to execute these challenging projects. 
 
LTHE is a subsidiary of Larsen & Toubro and is based in Mumbai, India. 
 
L&T defines a Large contract as being between Rupees 2500 crore ($350 million) and Rupees 5000 crore ($700 million). - TradeArabia News Service
