Diyar Al Muharraq, one of the leading urban developers in Bahrain, has announced its strategic partnership of the Gulf Property Show 2019, which will run from April 23 to 25 at the Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Centre.

The event will be held under the patronage of HRH Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Diyar Al Muharraq will be showcasing its various projects including its most prominent projects Al Bareh and Al Naseem.

Dr Maher Al Shaer, CEO of Diyar Al Muharraq, commented: “We are proud to be strategic partners of the Gulf Property Show, one of the most prestigious property shows. In this year’s edition, we will be showcasing our various offerings, highlighting Al Bareh residential plots and the independent residential community Al Naseem, emphasising the many investment opportunities for both individuals and corporate investors.”

Situated on the west side of Diyar Al Muharraq, Al Bareh’s prime location boasts incredible views over the pristine seafront and main canal. Available as freehold, Al Bareh will encompass an array of community facilities and stunning outdoor spaces.

Al Naseem, on the other hand, is an iconic and luxurious waterfront oasis situated in the heart of Diyar Al Muharraq incorporating creativity and innovation. Boasting breathtaking waterfront views overlooking outer and inner canals which flow throughout the area, Al Naseem provides residents an unmatched lifestyle of extravagance and tranquillity.

Also showcasing at the Gulf Property Show are the Jeewan Villas, as part of the Deerat Al Oyoun project under the umbrella of the Mazaya Housing Program, which was designed to provide Bahraini families with the opportunity to live in their dream house at an affordable price range.

The Gulf Property Show focuses on highlighting present and future developments in Bahrain and the Northern Gulf, whilst providing the opportunity to promote Bahrain’s property assets as well as regional and international opportunities for investors in commercial and residential real estate. - TradeArabia News Service
