Alkhabeer Capital, the asset manager specialising in Shari'a-compliant investments and financial services, has said the subscription period for its “Alkhabeer Diversified Income Traded Fund” will start on Sunday, December 6, 2020.
The Fund’s subscription period will last for 15 days, ending on Thursday, December 24, 2020.
Earlier in September of this year, Alkhabeer Capital received the approval from the Capital Market Authority (CMA) to begin the public offering of the new fund, the first of its kind in the region, to be listed on the Saudi Stock Exchange Tadawul.
Alkhabeer Diversified Income Traded Fund aims to issue a maximum value of SR1 billion, to provide investors with the opportunity to generate periodic income through investing in income-generating assets, diversified across asset classes, sectors and geographies.
The fund’s income-generating asset classes include Sukuks, trade finance, leasing, income funds and Murabaha are further diversified across multiple sectors in local, regional and global markets, as well as developing and emerging markets. -- Tradearabia News Service
