Empower ties up with India’s DLS & Associates

Empower Business Solutions, a key business consulting services provider to small and midsize businesses in Bahrain, has joined hands with India’s DLS & Associates to launch a full range of its financial services in the kingdom.

DLS & Associates is one of the leading chartered accountant firms in India with offices in Delhi, Bangalore, Chandigarh and Jaipur. As part of the partnership deal, it will soon begin operations in Bahrain, said the company in its statement.

This partnership integrates DLS & Associates’ expertise in the provision of world class audit and assurance services with Empower Business Solution’s strategic consultancy services for small and midsize businesses operating in Bahrain, it added.

CA Sumit Dhadda, managing partner, India office, said: “Bahrain is at the cusp of regulatory taxation regime, and when any new taxation law is implemented in any country, the business sector needs adequate professionals to guide them through the change.”

The DLS Bahrain office will be managed jointly by Dhadda and Emma Almansoori CPA PMP, managing director of Empower Business Solutions, with over 18 years of experience in the financial sector.  

Both managing partners are well versed with Bahrain’s financial landscape, with Almansoori being a native Bahraini and Dhadda having worked in the country for over seven years before returning to India.

The quality services include, but are not limited to audits, taxation (VAT), advisory, systems and internal audits.

On the partnership, Almansoori said: "It is a proactive response to the changing tax and compliance regulations currently being rolled out in Bahrain and also a fundamental solution for businesses trying to survive in the face of these new regulations."
