Bahrain’s The Merchant House appoints new General Manager

The Merchant House, Bahrain's exclusive 5-star boutique hotel, has appointed Riccardo Cocco as its new General Manager, effective February 2024. 
 
With a rich history of leadership including at RIU Dubai, and Six Senses Zighy Bay, Oman, Cocco brings a wealth of experience and a stellar track record in elevating guest experience which aligns seamlessly with The Merchant House's commitment to excellence, a statement said.
 
Cocco holds an MBA in International Management from Geneva Business School and a Master's in Food & Beverage Service Management from Cornell University. His certifications in Business Data Analysis, Power BI, predictive intelligence, and advanced leadership highlight his commitment to staying at the forefront of industry trends, it said.
