Sunset Hospitality Group (SHG) has expanded its global portfolio by adding two new hotels to its Social Living Collection – Cocana Resort by Social Living Collection in Indonesia, and has taken over Gran Hotel La Florida in Barcelona, Spain, in partnership with Atom Hoteles SOCIMI.

The last quarter of 2023 marked a remarkable expansion phase for SHG with the launch of Sunset Hotels & Resorts, with bold plans of developing, opening, and operating 20 new hotels in the next three years across Europe, Middle East, and Asia, with six hotels already in operations.

The Social Living Collection is a bespoke selection of unique hotels and resorts situated around the world, striving to deliver refined experiences to modern jetsetters, setting the standards on social travel, a statement said.

The carefully curated collection delivers a service style of luxury in unique spectacular locations designed for those who wish to discover extraordinary experiences, it added.

The latest addition to the bespoke Social Living Collection brand is Cocana Resort by Social Living Collection. Situated on the shores of Gili Trawangan, Indonesia, this five-star luxury hotel is designed to be a getaway for modern travellers craving understated luxury, and is the first 5-star hotel in the destination.

Gran Hotel La Florida – currently part of The Leading Hotels of the World – is a luxury boutique hotel perched on Tibidabo's Hill – a 20-minute drive from Barcelona’s city centre.

SHG has taken over the management of the five-star luxury hotel and it will undergo a refurbishment, to be added to the Social Living Collection, in time for the hotel celebrating its 100-year anniversary in 2025. – TradeArabia News Service
