Saudi Arabia's first luxury cruises to set sail this month

Saudi Arabia's first leisure cruises are scheduled to set sail  on August 27, said a report.
 
Part of the Saudi Tourism Authority’s (STA) “Break Free” domestic tourism campaign, the cruise ship trips,  offered by top cruise companies, will explore the waters, beaches and islands of the Red Sea, Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.
 
Passengers will enjoy a world-class experience delivered to the highest standards of luxury and a wide variety of onboard leisure, dining and entertainment options.
 
Facilities of the cruise ship will include a "large theater" offering various shows, a small market with souvenir products, a video games area as well as two swimming pools of which one of them will be a lido and a gym equipped with the latest equipment and other facilities.
 
The Saudi Tourism Authority’s interest in operating "tourist cruise ships" is to rediscover the Red Sea coast during the summer by spending an open sea vacation with the utmost luxury of a five-star category, enjoying amazing food dishes on board one of the most luxurious cruise ships in the world, the report said.
