Pakistan carrier to resume Kuwait-Sialkot flights
KARACHI, October 10, 2019
Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has announced plans to resume flights on the Sialkot-Kuwait route by the end of October, a news report said.
Citing a PIA spokesperson, The Express Tribune reported that the carrier will resume flights October 27 and 28.
Owing to the shortage of airplanes, the national flag carrier had discontinued direct flights between Sialkot and Kuwait in 2018, it said.
The resumed service is expected to run twice weekly and will be operated using an Airbus A320, the report said.
