Redaelli named managing director for three Hilton RAK hotels

RAS AL KHAIMAH, June 19, 2019

Hilton has appointed Alessandro Redaelli as the new managing director of three hotels in Ras Al Khaimah.

In this new role, Redaelli will be overseeing the management and operations of Luxury Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah, Hilton Al Hamra Beach and Golf Resort and Al Hamra Residence and Village.

With over 25 years of experience working in over nine countries including Saudi Arabia, Italy and Russia, Redaelli brings with him an in-depth and holistic understanding of the hospitality industry and extensive knowledge of luxury brands.

Redaelli began his career in 1994 with Hilton in France, after which he worked with a number world-class hospitality brands including Movenpick and InterContinental, holding senior positions such as managing director of Boscolo Hotels in Italy, and later as a general manager of the Hotel de la Paix in Geneva. Moving to Russia with Kempinski Hotels, Redaelli took on the challenge of managing Kempinski Nikolskaya whilst overseeing the successful rebrand of Kempinski Gelendzhik. Taking up his first role in the UAE, Redaelli served as cluster general manager of the Kempinski Hotel & Residences Palm Jumeirah as well as the Kempinski Emerald Palace the Palm Dubai, before securing his most recent position with as vice president operations at Paramount Hotels & Resorts.

Now responsible for over 1,200 employees across the three luxury resorts in Ras Al Khaimah, Alessandro said: “It is a pleasure to be working with Hilton again as it is where my career began, with three such prestigious and acclaimed properties.
