Nikki Beach to expand global footprint

DUBAI, April 17, 2019

Nikki Beach Hotels and Resorts has announced that its development pipeline is set for robust growth, with the brand expected to grow from four to seven units beginning this year.

Joining the group's hotels in Dubai (UAE), Bodrum (Turkey), Koh Samui (Thailand) and Porto Heli (Greece) will be four new additions - Santorini (Greece), Montenegro and Sri Lanka.

Slated to become the brand's second hotel in Greece, Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Santorini is set to open later this year as the Greek island's first lifestyle resort with private beach access. The resort will feature 60 rooms and suites, three restaurants and the signature Nikki Spa.

Also under development is the Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Montenegro, which will be part of a luxury private villa project which overlooks the historical old town of Budva. The property will house 150 rooms and suites, 20 ultra-luxury villas, three individual private beaches, a jetty, five restaurants, a Nikki Spa and Tone Gym. The brand’s beach club concept, Nikki Beach, will also be integrated into the resort.

The third upcoming property is the Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Sri Lanka, which will be located within a new development in the area’s most pristine beach of Balapitya. Surrounded by rolling hills, beautiful backwaters and rainforests, the property will be open year round and will consist of 200 rooms and suites with rooftop pools and a stunning 200-meter private beach. There will also be four restaurants and bars on site, a Nikki Spa, Tone Gym and Nikki Beach integration into the resort pool. - TradeArabia News Service
