Maison Privee unveils new luxury hospitality concept

DUBAI, April 17, 2019

Noting an increasing trend among its customers to seek experiences that are immersive, personal and authentic to complement their stays in the emirate, Maison Privee, the Dubai-based leading luxury vacation rentals provider has introduced a range of exclusive bespoke offers for their guests.

Teaming up with the specialist luxury lifestyle company, MyConcierge, Maison Privee invites its guests to live the ‘Dubai Dream’ by offering them a chance to experience what life is like for the city’s elite. For example, a Maison Privee guest can now book a Dh30 million ($8.1 million) villa on Palm Jumeirah with a private pool; and have a Rolls-Royce in the driveway and private chef in residence to create luxurious private dining experiences throughout their stay.

Added to this could be a dedicated personal concierge who is available around the clock and just a phone call away, to help guests set up curated travel itineraries, from booking a luxury desert safari to securing last-minute tickets to a sold-out show, or even a backstage pass.

“Maison Privee’s success lies in its focus on innovation and its ability to understand and meet the needs and requirements of its varied clientele. We have now created a product that is based on customer feedback and designed to enhance each and every stay and make it truly memorable,” said Rami Shamaa, co-founder and managing director of Maison Privee.

“This is an entirely new concept for the hospitality industry in the Middle East as it is not something which can be offered by hotels. The region, and Dubai, in particular, is synonymous with both hospitality and innovation; and with a portfolio of luxury penthouses, apartments and villas under our management, Maison Privee is ideally placed to introduce this product,” he added.

Helping to bring the ‘Dubai Dream’ within reach of visitors to the city is the company’s partnership with MyConcierge. The two companies come together to present a range of one-of-a-kind immersive and personalised experiences.

“Our partnership with Maison Privee comes in line with our vision to offer guests hand-picked, exclusive experiences which they will remember forever. Our professional concierge team are experts in this field and are supported by our cutting-edge digital technology,” said Rob Nicholas, CEO of MyConcierge.com.

“To differentiate ourselves, we knew that we had to go the extra mile, offering experiences and stays that have never before been available in the region. Travellers are now actively seeking out alternative hospitality solutions and we are delighted to partner with MyConcierge to fill this demand and lead the way in the Middle East,” said Paul Mallee, co-founder and managing director of Maison Privee. - TradeArabia News Service
