Abu Dhabi National Hotels (ADNH) has appointed John Losasso as the new vice president of operations for its hospitality sector.

Losasso graduated from Cornell University before beginning his hospitality career in Oman as an executive sports and leisure manager at The InterContinental Hotel, Muscat. Since then, he has held a general manager role across three counties - Georgia, Russia and Belgium - and completed more than 20 years in the hospitality industry around the world.

A strategic leader, Losasso has had many successful experiences implementing new industry practices to define a company’s direction to achieve goals that in turn increase profit and growth for the business. To deliver on one’s promise and work towards lining the bottom line, Losasso is eager for the new challenge ahead managing ADNH’s Hospitality division. The current luxury portfolio of hospitality assets comprises the Ritz Carlton Abu Dhabi Grand Canal, The Park Hyatt in Saadiyat Island, Sofitel JBR, Le Meridien Abu Dhabi, Sheraton Hotel & Resort Abu Dhabi, Radisson Blu Hotel & Resort Abu Dhabi Corniche and Radisson Blu Hotel & Resort Al Ain.

Lasasso, together with the support of ADNH, will work with general managers to see through the vision of CEO Khalid Anib to elevate and increase expectations across all brands managed by Abu Dhabi National Hotels, which will, in turn, advance the positioning of the properties in the market.  - TradeArabia News Service
