Ramadan retreat at Four Seasons Bahrain Bay

The holy month of Ramadan always brings to mind past, beautiful moments shared with loved ones. Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay has orchestrated many memorable Ramadan occasions for guests to enjoy with the special people in their lives.

Ramadan Tent
Explore the gracious surrounds and offerings presented at the Arabesque-chic inspired Ramadan Tent at Al Bahrain Ballroom. Gather together with family and friends for memorable Iftar and Ghabga outings.

The hotel’s team of culinary professionals have made sure guests will be spoiled for choice. Select from generous buffet setups and dedicated live cooking stations. Executive chef Stefano Andreoli and pastry chef Imad Boukli have invested their combined years of gastronomic knowledge to ensure every Ramadan meal is nothing short of spectacular.

Attendees can break their fast with traditional bateel khidri dates and a diverse array of Ramadan juices and inviting soup selections. Discover hot and cold mezze offerings, an extensive sushi station and an enticing salad bar. Everyone’s appetite will be more than satisfied when choosing from both international and traditional dishes such as BBQ chicken from the rotisserie oven or shish tawouk and kofta kebab from the char grill. A Moroccan tagine island features many delicious items, as does the homemade pasta station. A kooshari section is complete with all of the desirable condiments. Freshly baked dishes such as manakish zatar or saj Nutella from the saj oven are heartwarming. Seek crispy chicken with lemon sauce or chicken tom kai gai from the Asian section or musakhan roll and bamiah bel lahem from the traditional Bahraini gouzi. Appealing choices are literally endless.

Shisha Lounge
During the holy month, guests are invited to enter a modern Oriental fantasy and spend Ramadan evenings socialising and unwinding, complemented by nightly live entertainment playing traditional favourites in the Shisha Lounge.

Ramadan Tent Kids Club
A Kids Club, conveniently located beside the Al Bahrain Ballroom, keeps younger guests as happy as their parents. Featuring many exciting activities such as 3D arts and crafts, henna, face painting, memory and video games, fashion shows and puppet shows, the little darlings will feel on top of the world. On the 15th day of Ramadan the htel has planned Gergaoun celebrations for the children. The Kids For All Seasons Club has arranged many fun activities, including a candy hunt, singing traditional songs and storytelling.

Bay View Lounge
Bay View Lounge is open nightly after sunset during the month of Ramadan. Guests can replenish and reenergise by enjoying their first cup of freshly brewed coffee or linger over a fragrant cup of aromatic tea.

re/Asian Cuisine by Wolfgang Puck
During Ramadan, non-fasting guests can savour a thoughtfully prepared a la carte breakfast menu at re/Asian Cuisine, which will be served until 11:00 am. Choose desired dishes from an indulgent egg-inspired menu such as French-style omelet with gruyere, wild mushrooms and rocket; or for a sweeter breakfast the "Flour, Butter and Sugar" menu contains tempting items such as Belgian-style waffles with fresh berries and Chantilly crème.

For lunch (from 12:30 to 3:00 pm) and dinner (from sunset until 11:00 pm on weekdays and 11:30 pm on weekends), re/Asian Cuisine is presenting an a la carte dim sum style cuisine. Non-fasting guests may indulge in a wide variety of dim sums, dumplings and wontons among the freshest and finest gastronomical fare. Executive chef Brian Becher’s signature wonton soup with fresh prawn dumplings, wok fried shrimp dumplings, Peking duck rolls, wild mushroom-filled vegetable dumplings, Korean-fried bao buns or the short rib and brisket wontons are all part of the a la carte dim sum feast. To tempt all sweet tooth, pastry chef Pierre Chambon prepared a line-up of exquisite desserts such as the coconut cream, the caramel-instilled chocolate fondant or the Chinese donuts with mandarin jam.

For the holy month of Ramadan, Bahrain Bay Kitchen, CUT by Wolfgang Puck, Vento and its adjacent Shisha Lounge will be closed. All will reopen on the first day of Eid AlFitr.
