Park Inn by Radisson Hotel & Residence Duqm, Oman has once again been awarded the Green Key Certificate for complying with stringent international standards of the eco –label within its two years in operation.

The certificate was given by Finn Bolding Thomsen, programme director of the International Green Key.
 
Green Key certification means that an establishment has fulfilled a list of requirements. The programme rests on five pillars: Education of staff, clients and owners towards increased sustainable development and environmental awareness in leisure establishments; Environmental preservation by the reduction of the environmental impact of each establishment in the world scene; Economical management by the reduction of consumption meaning a reduction of costs; Marketing strategy by the promotion of the Green Key label and the establishments using the Green Key icon; Strengthening of the tourism and leisure branch by taking responsibility broader than then their individual establishments.

Park Inn by Radisson Hotel & Residence Duqm is located 10 kilometres from the Port of Duqm, and features 73 accommodation units including one-bedroom chalets, two-bedroom villas, one-bedroom and  two-bedroom apartments. The future-forward and trendsetting property provides an all-day dining restaurant, free wireless internet throughout the hotel, tennis court, spa, kids playground, meeting rooms, indoor and outdoor lounges, as well as an outdoor swimming pool and a fully euipped gym.
