Turkish Airlines' passenger numbers up 8pc

ISTANBUL, June 13, 2016

Turkish Airlines, Europe's fourth-biggest carrier, on Monday said its passenger numbers rose 7.8 per cent to 25 million people in the first five months of the year.

The flag carrier also said in a filing to the stock exchange that its load factor, which measures an airline's capacity usage, declined 3.6 per cent to 73.8 per cent.-Reuters
