Crowne Plaza Abu Dhabi Yas Island, a luxurious hotel in the UAE capital, has appointed Allana Thomas as its hotel manager.

Joining from Stamford Plaza in Auckland, New Zealand as hotel manager, Thomas brings with her 19 years of experience.

After graduating from college in 1997 she joined InterContinental Hotel Group (IHG) and stayed with the company for 17 years before she moved to Stamford Plaza in 2014. Thomas rejoins IHG again after being away for two years.
