New GM for Kempinski Hotel Soma Bay

Kempinski Hotel Soma Bay, Egypt, has appointed Russel Storey as the property’s new general manager.

Bringing a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry, Storey’s most recent post was general manager at Jordan Valley Marriott Resort & Spa in the Dead Sea. Prior to this, he was the general manager at Tudor Park Country Club Marriott in England - UK.

A British national and a hospitality veteran, Russel comes to the Red Sea with a long career and broad spectrum of hospitality experience spanning over two decades with different international chains. He started his career with Regent Palace and Sheraton Park, moving on to Westville, Hilton and Marriott hotels.
