Cristal Hotel Abu Dhabi receives ISO Certification

ABU DHABI, February 8, 2016

Cristal Hotel Abu Dhabi has earned an ISO Certification for quality management, which broadly covers receiving, storage, food processing, food and beverage services, hospitality services and rooms.

The deluxe property was assessed and registered by Systems Certification International and found compliant in accordance with the ISO 9001:2008 standards outlined for Quality Management System.

Commenting on the achievement, Kamal Fakhoury, COO of Cristal Group, said: "Quality is a key differentiator for our brand and built in our standards, policies and operational procedures.
