Hospitality giant Hyatt International has appointed Christian Pertl as the new regional vice president of sales operations for the group’s Middle East and Africa division.

With almost two decades in the hospitality industry, Pertl has extensive international experience in commercial operations and widespread knowledge of key feeder markets including Europe, the US, Middle East and Africa, and Asia Pacific. He has developed a global network of key industry leaders and opinion makers within the luxury hospitality industry, and having worked in continuously evolving markets across a range of brands, he brings with him proficiency in hotel sales, marketing, revenue management and operations.
