Amwaj Rotana Jumeirah Beach – Dubai, a luxurious hotel in the UAE emirate, has appointed Frederick Soulban as its new executive assistant manager.

Graduating from the Hotel Management School in Beirut, Lebanon, Soulban has extensive experience within the hospitality industry, particularly in Food and Beverage. Although he has spent much of his career with Rotana Hotels, starting with the Towers Rotana in Dubai as assistant director of food and beverage (F&B) in 2007, Soulban was also previously with the InterContinental Hotel Phoenicia Beirut and progressed from the position of restaurant manager to assistant director of F&B.

Growing through the ranks, Soulban was then promoted to the position of director of F&B – a position he held at two Rotana hotels prior to his promotion to his new role at Amwaj Rotana Dubai.

Commenting on his new appointment, Soulban said: “It is always very rewarding to be given opportunities to grow and Rotana has guided me in paving a career of success. Amwaj Rotana is an iconic hotel along the Jumeirah Beach Residence district of Dubai and it is thrilling to be entering the next league of my journey with them.”
