Café Murano introduces Qatar's first Golden High Tea

DOHA, October 12, 2015

Café Murano, the popular European gourmet café at Marsa Malaz Kempinski, The Pearl – Doha, Qatar, has introduced the opulent Golden High Tea to its menu as a permanent fixture for guests and visitors to enjoy.

First showcased at this year’s Qatar International Food Festival (QIFF) 2015, the limited edition afternoon tea was so well received by visitors at the event that the ultra-luxury resort has permanently introduced the experience. The signature golden cappuccino is served together with a selection of petite culinaire, allowing guests to choose between a traditional and an Oriental High Tea.

Wissam Suleiman, general manager, Marsa Malaz Kempinski, The Pearl – Doha, said: “When we created the Golden High Tea for our guests at QIFF we were overwhelmed by the positive feedback. As a hotel synonymous with luxury, the golden touch to our already popular high tea felt natural to enhance Café Murano’s sumptuous menu offering, and the overall bespoke culinary experiences across the resort for our guests.”

Café Murano specialises in European art de cuisine, with a passion for chocolate and petite culinaire. The café is innovative in its chocolate creations and at the same time traditional with its in-house secret recipes, ensuring it is the talk-of-the-town for guests who enjoy the sweeter things in life. It offers guests views out over the islands azure waters, where guests can enjoy refreshments throughout the day in an atmosphere of luxury, fashion and style, and served by expert professionals.
