Salalah Rotana names new executive assistant manager

Salalah Rotana Resort, a luxurious retreat in Oman, has welcomed Michael Nassiri as its new executive assistant manager.

A German national, he joins the managerial team of Oman’s leading five-star hotel with a decade worth of knowledge and experience under his belt.

Hossam Kamal, Salalah Rotana Resort’s general manager, said: “I am delighted to welcome Nassiri to his newest challenging yet exciting role. With his passion for hospitality and wealth of experience, he will lead the development of our practices and enrich our guests experience to increase satisfaction.’’

Starting his career as a head barman in Germany, Nassiri’s hard work and persistence ascended him to the position of director of food and beverage, a position he held prior to joining Salalah Rotana Resort. He has also held positions within the hospitality industry that spans across different countries including Kuwait, Cambodia, Egypt, Jordan, UAE and more recently Qatar. His hospitality background encompasses working with several international chains such as Kempinski, Hyatt international, Intercontinental Hotel Group and Radisson Blu.

With an expertise in hotel operations and great leadership skills, Nassiri will spearhead day to day activities within the resort’s operational departments, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and play a vital role in the decision making process alongside the general manager. – TradeArabia News Service
